‘Real reasons’ behind Karoline Leavitt’s bombshell exit as Trump left with major problem

BREAKING NEWS: A prominent critic of President Donald Trump who has penned numerous books about the polarizing commander-in-chief has offered insight into why Karoline Leavitt might have stepped down from her position as Press Secretary.

Michael Wolff, who has authored multiple volumes examining Trump’s presidency and has

previously been outspoken about the 45th and 47th President’s conduct, has now focused his analysis on Leavitt’s departure.

In an extensive statement posted on X, the 28-year-old Leavitt explained that her desire to dedicate more time to her family, including her two young children, was the primary motivation behind leaving a position she occupied for more than 18 months, though she has since discussed potential future plans.

Trump Acknowledges Resignation President Trump also acknowledged Leavitt’s resignation via his Truth Social platform, reinforcing that the move was driven by her wish to prioritize family time as speculation grows about where she might go and what she might do next.

Yet, Mr Wolff has theorized that additional factors may be at play, including the intense examination she faced not only from journalists, but from Trump personally.

The Telegraph quoted Mr Wolff discussing the immense pressure Leavitt experienced, noting that Trump would monitor her performance and subsequently provide critiques on how she handled inquiries from reporters and other members of the media.

Pressure and Burnout Factors He stated: “This is a hard job. People

burn out. He’s an extremely difficult boss, right? I’m sure that’s one of the reasons that she has had enough. “Remember, when she is speaking to the press he is watching her speaking to the press, and then immediately calling her up to criticise how she’s spoken to the press.”

Mr Wolff is far from alone in weighing in on Leavitt’s departure, with columnist Rob Shuter noting in his Substack publication, Naughty But Nice, that her exit was inevitable.

He asserted: “Naughty But Nice told you first that Karoline Leavitt’s future at the White House was in trouble. Now it has happened.. “But back in April, Naughty But Nice reported that Trump was already considering potential replacements and that insiders said he was increasingly frustrated with the White House messaging.”

Trump Left With Major Problem Leavitt’s departure has potentially created a significant challenge for the president, as numerous observers regarded her as exceptionally capable and therefore a crucial component of the Trump administration’s strategy.

Given this context, The Telegraph’s Connor Stringer, who witnessed briefings featuring Leavitt, suggested finding her replacement would prove extraordinarily difficult.

He observed: “She was by far Trump’s most skilled communicator and I think by losing her, he also loses what I would describe as his most effective translator too. I don’t know how they will replace her. I don’t think they can, to be honest. “She knew the messaging. I never saw her stumped on the podium at all. I can honestly say there wasn’t a question put to her that she wasn’t able to deflect in some way.”
